Position Summary: The Director of Finance is responsible for the organization’s financial policies, planning, reporting, and controls. Duties include overseeing all the financial functions of several entities within The Brickle Group including Strategic Planning, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting/Forecasting, Risk Management, Tax Compliance, and Treasury.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Oversight, mentor, and direct the work of all accounting department personnel and ensure the completion of timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Develops and advises on business development and strategic planning.

  • Develops a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet the operating needs of the Company.

  • Ensure that an effective system of internal control is in place and that the company is compliant with GAAP and applicable taxing authority laws and regulations.

  • Provide leadership in the development of short and long‐term strategic financial objectives

  • Responsible for accurate and timely financial Reporting.

  • Conduct weekly and monthly financial assessments and generate reports to be submitted to the senior management team

  • Establish budgets in accordance with the requirements of company departments

  • Develop annual financial plans and projections for the company

  • Provide oversight on inventory analysis, inventory reconciliations and physical inventories.

  • Direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive cost accounting system.

  • Analyze standard costs to ensure they are accurate and monitor monthly overhead variances to understand trends and opportunities.

  • Conduct analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives Ensure that all of the company’s financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation

  • Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.

Position Summary: As a key member of the Maintenance team, the Maintenance Machine Technician will be responsible for ensuring all machines are in proper working condition to minimize downtime and to meet plant and department requirements. This position performs preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure production goals are met. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager but will also take direction from Production Managers.

Ensure operation of equipment to meet plant or department requirements.
