Position Summary: Responsible for the movement of material to and from machine operators, ensuring that they are supplied with raw material for processing and removing finished product and delivering to shipping. Assists Machine Operators in loading and removing fabric rolls and adjusting material for optimum machine performance.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Locates and supplies materials to machine operators
Performs weighing, strapping, bagging, and label making for finished goods
Performs in-process quality inspections
Operates guillotine, cuts Monarch tiles, fills skids and boxes finished product
Resolves or elevates any material needs, solving material problems and inventory control issues as they arise
Maintains in-process inventory by identifying and recording material movement in POUT, verifying material lot and quantity
Requirements
Education & Experience:
High School diploma, GED or 3 years of experience in a production environment performing material movement and inventory control
Experience running a forklift / Forklift certified
Pay Rate: $13.00
Hours: 4pm -2:30pm (M-Th)

Position Summary: As a key member of the Maintenance team, the Maintenance Machine Technician will be responsible for ensuring all machines are in proper working condition to minimize downtime and to meet plant and department requirements. This position performs preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure production goals are met. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager but will also take direction from Production Managers.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Ensure operation of equipment to meet plant or department requirements.
Diagnose and determine root causes of problems, make corrections, repair or replace units as necessary.
Discuss findings or results with department personnel, develop solutions to problems and provide a basis on which corrections are made.
Make recommendations concerning changes to equipment, improvements or installations and upkeep based on findings.
Performs routine maintenance and repair of all machinery as required.
Performs maintenance requirements as per preventative maintenance schedule.
Assists in the installation of new equipment and relocation of existing equipment.
Advises supervisor of any areas of concern for machine performance
Notifies supervisor of any deviation from the process, operational quality, maintenance, and safety standards.
Conducts tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality on machine performance.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma required. Vocational training and Associates Degree in a technical trade preferred.
1-2 years of related experience required.
Textile industry experiences a plus.
Pay Rate: $18-$25 DOE
Hours: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm

Position Summary: As a key member of the Hyman Brickle & Son Inc. Manufacturing Team, the Shipper / Receiver will prepare, organize, and move items for shipment, verify, inspect, document, and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and arrange for transportation of products. To support these duties, the Shipper/ Receive will operate a forklift or other trucks, assemble, address, and shipping merchandise or material; receive, unpack, verify and recording incoming merchandise or material.

- Inspect material contents and compare with records to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
- Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting purposes.
- Deliver or route materials to departments, using work devices, such as hand truck, conveyor, or sorting bins. Lift, move, load, and unload materials.
- Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using work devices such as hand tools, power tools, and postage meter.
